Wazny, Ronald J. Howell, Michigan
formerly of Essexville
Ronald J. Wazny, age 55 years, passed away Tuesday morning, June 2,
1998 at the University of Michigan Hospital. He was born in Bay City on
November 2, 1942. Mr. Wazny was employed with Conrail as a
switchman. He enjoyed woodworking. Surviving are his children, Valerie
Palchak and her husband Dave of Traverse City, Vicky Ward of Detroit,
Lynn Trevor and her husband David of Howell, Rick Wazny of Wisconsin;
three grandchildren: Jami New, Sarah and Matthew Trevor; four brothers:
Richard, Gary, Dennis and Robert Wazny; several nieces and nephews. A
Memorial Service will be held Friday evening at 8 o'clock from Stapish
East (Essexville) Sr. Gerry Malhoney, O.P. of St. John the Evangelist
Church will preside. Military Committal Services will be held Saturday
morning at 9:30 o'clock at St. Patrick Cemetery Chapel under the auspices
of the Bay County Veterans Council. Friends may call at Stapish East on
Friday between the hours of 5 and 9 o'clock. Memorials are available at
